Interaction Data

You can use the CxEngage Reporting API to retrieve interaction data. The following requests are available:

• Get a List of Interactions
• Get a Specific Interaction
• Searching Interactions

Deprecating Endpoint

The following request is still supported, but may be deprecated in the future: Get Last N Interactions for a Contact. We recommend that you use the ?contactId=<contactID> search parameter on Get a List of Interactions instead. Stay tuned for notification of when the request will be deprecated.
