About Integrations

Integrations enable CxEngage to connect to, and interact with, third-party services. Integrations are already created on your tenant, but they are not configured by default.

Most integrations support only one instance and, therefore, you can't create any additional integrations.

 The following integrations only support one instance:

  • Facebook
  • Twilio
  • Email

The following integrations support multiple instances:

  • Salesforce
  • REST API
  • Zendesk

To configure these integrations, update the default integration and, if required, create additional instances.
