Creating a CxEngage Role

To authenticate RTA API calls, you need to create a CxEngage role that is authorized to poll the RTA API.

1. Log into CxEngage.
2. Navigate to User Management > Roles.
3. Click Create.
4. In the Name field, type a name for the role – for example, RTA Consumer.
5. From the Permissions list, select WFM RTA.



6. Click Save.
7. Click Submit.

Next, you'll need to create a user in CxEngage and assign this role to that user.
